Some tips for getting the most out of Help-O-Tron.
- Ask it questions as if you would ask a person. "How do I do a check in?" will get you better results than "Check In".
- If at first you don't succeed, rephrase your question. "My checkin is broke", will likely cause the poor little thing to freak out and send you to a human being, whereas "When I check in I get a blank screen." will let him give you some troubleshooting tips.
- If you have a concrete example, use it. "The order for my customer Bob Jones was missing Shazam #17 and Batman #157 that I checked in on Wednesday. Can you tell me what happened?" will give both Help-O-Tron and its human overlords more information to figure things out.
