Some tips for getting the most out of Help-O-Tron.
Ask it questions as if you would ask a person. "How do I do a check in?" will get you better results than "Check In".
If at first you don't succeed, rephrase your question. "My checkin is broke", will likely cause the poor little thing to freak out and send you to a human being, whereas "When I check in I get a blank screen." will let him give you some troubleshooting tips.
If you have a concrete example, use it. "The order for my customer Bob Jones was missing Shazam #17 and Batman #157 that I checked in on Wednesday. Can you tell me what happened?" will give both Help-O-Tron and its human overlords more information to figure things out.
