What to do if you get the "Something went wrong" error

We account for the majority of "normal" scenarios during setup, but in some cases your install can cause errors.  This is because we add some code to your theme when you install it.

If you get the "Something went wrong" error on setup, click the Advanced button.

This will open up three dropdown menus where you will need to look for some files.

Use the dropdowns as shown to navigate to the proper files.

The product and page templates can usually be found in either /templates/ or /snippets/

For the product template, you are looking for product.liquid or product_main.liquid

For the page template, you are looking for page.liquid or page_main.liquid

Login can usually be found in /templates/customers/login.liquid or in /snippets/login.liquid

Once you have found the three files, click "Save" and re-save your settings, and it should go through.

What to do if you set everything up, but the Subscription pages are still blank?

Certain themes (such as Crave) have by default hidden the page content.

Go into the Page template in the template editor, and unhide the Page Content area by clicking on the eyeball.
